Well I’ve decided that I’m going to start writing a fiction novel.
I’ve spent the past year reading various vampire-themed books as well as ones on magic, demons, faeries, werewolves and other mystical creatures.

The reason I’ve been reading them all is to try and get some sort of idea how I should set my first novel out; it’s also good to see what format these successful authors have used, and has given me plenty of inspiration….

Some of my favourite authors are:
Jim Butcher, Rachel Caine, P.C. & Kristin Cast, Lev Grossman, Laurell K. Hamilton, Charlaine Harris, Caitlin Kittredge, Stephenie Meyer and J.R. Ward

I don’t know how long it’s going to take to write, but I’ve got it all in my head at the moment – it’s just getting it down on paper!

I’m not going to give too much away at the moment.. needless to say I’ve registered my lead character’s name on facebook, twitter and other social networking sites… so that no one else can pinch them
