Before we begin, if you need to download the OS3.0.0 Firmware, Click Here.
Firstly, you need to JailBreak your device using one of the many applications available on the internet (Check QuickPWN).
Then, you need to setup your iPhone to use e-Mail and e-Mail yourself the following file. Download: 3UK.mobileconfig. You could also navigate to http://bit.ly/3UKConfig on your iPhone.
What this file does is allow you to use MMS and Internet.
Now, on your iPhone, go to Settings -> General -> Network -> Cellular Data, and enter the following details in the dialog:
- MMS APN: three.co.uk
- MMSC: mms.um.three.co.uk:10021/mmsc
- MMS Proxy: mms.three.co.uk:8799
If you want to modify the voicemail settings, then dial the following number(s).
Divert all calls, unconditionally:
**21*+447782333123#
To cancel ##21#
To check status : *#21#
Divert calls if handset is unanswered:
**61*+447782333123*11*30# [replace the 30 with either 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, or 30 for the delay in seconds]
To cancel: ##61#
To check status : *#61#
Divert calls if handset is unreachable (out of coverage/switched off):
**62*+447782333123#
To cancel: ##62#
To check status : *#62#
Divert calls if handset is busy, call waiting’s not answered / call is rejected:
**67*+447782333123#
To cancel ##67#
To check status : *#67#
If you need to cancel ALL divertion:
##002#

Hi,
I have an iPhone 3gs unlocked (not jailbroken), will the setting to enable me to access the web work as above? Do I need to set up the email file first? It is running OS4. Thanks for your assistance.

I’m not sure as I don’t use the IPCC any more – my UK iPhone received a carrier update when I plugged it into iTunes, and it worked automatically..
