Well I’ve been using my 2133 for a few weeks (since it’s come back from repair), and I have to say that I’m really impressed with the HP Repair service..

They arranged for UPS to pick the laptop up on the 31st of December 2008, and it was returned on the 6th of January 2009. It came back with a new motherboard, new bios and a new screen (the speaker grills were not staying down on the screen).

Since the repair, I’ve used it every single day; and I have to say it’s actually performing a hell of a lot better now. It seems much snappier, and when I installed Vista it even seems to cope with that!

The day before yesterday I got a courtesy call from HP checking that I was happy and I did a quick survey (rating HP’s service).

Well done HP!
